Here are some final highlights from Dane and I before we left...
If you can't read the blue text below it says: "We really enjoy the other English Congregation (Brisas) but we don't get to do enough with them. So we were delighted when they hosted a BBQ.
A couple of Goofs! American and Mexican versions.
During the ministry we saw this cute little guy. He let Dane scratch his head and say Hi.
Our ministry this year has been pretty busy and productive. We had to turn our bible Studies over to fellow Pioneers for the summer. We'll be excited to see their progress when we return.
So we moved into our new place mid March. Right after Ben and Bekah left. Many have asked what it looked like. Here you go!
(TURN UP SOUND TO HEAR EXPLANATIONS)
One thing we really enjoy in Mexican culture is the generosity between the friends. For instance with our downstairs neighbors once or twice a week they will drop off a plate of food. We'd refill the plate and send it back down with whatever we were having. It was a really fun way to experience a variety of everyday Mexican dishes.
So now many want to know what our new place is like. Here you go!

A unique visitor...
I had a little girls party/fun time having the little girls from the hall over.
We had one last Congregation get together. They got this cake for us. It says "Happy Travels Dane and Emily". We'll miss our Mexican family for the next few months.
We plan to return and continue serving in September. We look forward to seeing you all soon!
Agape,

ReplyDeletememories that will last forever. Love, Grandma
Welcome back! I enjoy seeing all the smile and knowing how God works in your lives each day you are in Mexico. You both have been true blessings to those people. Can't wait to see more when you return in Sept. But, until then... welcome home.
